How do I turn on my BOUTIQUE?

Give the Power button located rear panel a quick press. To turn off your unit, press and hold to turn off. The BOUTIQUE will automatically power on when you plug it into power.

How do I change the source?

Give the Source button on the rear panel a quick press to change between Auxiliary and Bluetooth sources.

How can I tell what source my BOUTIQUE is on?

The LED on the rear panel displays what source your speaker is on. If the light is blue, you are in Bluetooth source. If the light is purple, you are in auxiliary mode. If the light is yellow, you are in Network Standby mode. If the light is red, the speaker is powered off. Note: if an auxiliary cable is connected, the BOUTIQUE will default to auxiliary source.

How can I adjust the volume?

Press the – or + buttons on the rear panel to adjust the volume. If you have connected your smart device via Bluetooth, use your smart device’s controls to adjust the volume.

How do I connect my smart device to my BOUTIQUE via Bluetooth?

Press the Power button to turn the BOUTIQUE on and set the speaker to Bluetooth source. The BOUTIQUE should automatically enter pairing mode, indicated by a blinking blue LED. If you do not see a blinking LED, press the BT button on the rear panel to enter pairing mode. Now open the Bluetooth settings on your smart device. Under available devices, look for “Tivoli Boutique

I can't find the BOUTIQUE in my smart device’s Bluetooth menu.

• On your smart device, confirm that you have the latest software version. You may need to update to the latest version. • On your smart device, open your Bluetooth list. • Turn on the radio by pressing the power button on the rear panel. • Press the source button till the light turns blue. It should be flashing. • If it is not flashing, press the BT button to enter pairing mode. • Look for the Tivoli Audio Bluetooth address. • Select this to connect. Both your smart device and the BOUTIQUE speaker should confirm the connection. The flashing blue light will turn solid blue.

No sound in Bluetooth mode.

If you are unable to hear audio, try pausing and then playing your audio source. This will refresh the stream of audio or will indicate if there is an issue with your Wi-Fi. If you are connecting with a music service that requires the speaker to be selected in the native app, please confirm the correct speaker is connected.

How can I charge my devices?

The USB-A port delivers 5W of charging, enough to slow charge most smart devices. The USB-C (or Type C) port delivers up to 20W of charging, able to fast charge most smart devices. Both ports may be used at the same time.
