① Order Acceptance

・Orders placed by noon on business days are processed the same day.

・Orders placed after noon on business days or on non-business days are processed the next business day.

② Shipping

Orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days after acceptance.

・Express shipping is not available.

・Delivery to Okinawa and remote islands may take up to 4 business days after shipment.
