Warranty
Tivoli Audio manufactures its products to very high standards and we are confident our products will perform well. Accordingly, we warranty our products against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship to the original owner, for a period of one year from the original date of purchase.
This warranty does not extend to damage caused by improper installation, faulty ancillary equipment, modifications, unauthorized repair, shipping damage or loss, abuse, accidents, use on improper voltage/current, lightning or other acts of God, normal wear and tear, commercial use, or purchase from unauthorized dealers. Proof of purchase as evidence the unit was purchased from an authorized dealer within the warranty period may be required for warranty service. Should service be necessary, please do NOT return the product without first contacting your dealer or Tivoli Audio.
This warranty is non-transferable. Tivoli Audio will not pay for loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of the product, or damages caused by this product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of consequential damages, therefore, these restrictions may not apply to you.
Return/Exchange policy
Claiming a defect within warranty period
In the unlikely event you experience a problem with any of our products while within the warranty period, please contact us directly for a return authorization number. Please have the item number, description of the problem and serial number available to initiate the process with our support team. Defective issues within warranty will be subject to either a repair or replacement at the company’s expense.
Claiming incorrect shipment
When you receive your order, please open the packaging immediately and check that it does not differ from your order and that it is not defective. You will have 7 days from receipt of your order to make a claim relating to incorrect shipment and/or defective upon opening.
Returning for no cause
If you wish to return your purchase for a refund you must do so within 14 days from the original date of purchase. Please contact us with your order number and serial number so that we can provide you with the return authorization number and the return shipping address needed to process the return within a timely manner. You are responsible for the cost of shipping. To avoid a 3,000 JPY repacking fee, plus the cost of any or all missing items (including all accessories, which may include: power adapters, power cords, remote control, antenna, connecting cables, insert cards, and instruction manuals), or potentially rejection of your refund, please make sure to keep all original packaging until you are certain you are satisfied with your Tivoli Audio product.
Please note the following when requesting to return for no cause
- Returns or exchanged of used products cannot be accepted
- If the product is unused, we will only accept it if you agree to the following requirements and contact us within 7 days of receipt.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping cost
- A replacement item may be requested and replaced depending on stock availability.
- If the return goods do not meet the requirements for return or exchange, we will not be able to accept the return or exchange.
Refunds generally will appear within one to two billing statements on the same card used to make the original purchase. If the order was placed using a check or money order, a check will be provided for the refund.

Final Sale policy
All items marked “final sale” cannot be returned or exchanged for credit or refund. These items still come with a full manufacturer’s warranty (1 year) and will be exchanged if the product is proven defective by Tivoli Audio. This policy is offered in addition to your legal rights.
