■ Warranty Information
Tivoli Audio warrants to the original purchaser that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase, provided the product is used under normal conditions.
・The following are excluded from coverage:
Improper installation; component failure due to consumables or wear parts; cleaning required due to soiling; modifications; unauthorized repairs; damage or loss during shipping; misuse; dropping; breakage; deterioration; deformation; water ingress; theft; abnormal voltage (including voltage outside the specified range); natural disasters (fire, earthquake, flood, lightning strike, salt damage, etc.); rust, mold, decay, contamination by foreign objects, or similar causes; normal wear and tear; commercial use; or damage resulting from purchase from an unauthorized dealer.
・This warranty is non-transferable.
・To receive warranty service, you must present the completed and signed warranty card or a valid purchase receipt to prove purchase from an authorized dealer within the warranty period.
(If warranty service is required, contact your dealer or Tivoli Audio Support before returning the product.)
・Tivoli Audio is not responsible for damage caused by deterioration due to aging or prolonged non-use.

■ Regarding Malfunctions During the Warranty Period
If a malfunction occurs with our product during the warranty period, please contact us via email with the model number, a description of the malfunction, the purchase date, and the serial number, using the Tivoli Audio Support Center email address below. We will repair or replace the product free of charge for malfunctions covered under warranty during the warranty period.
■ Incorrect Delivery or Initial Defects
Upon receiving your order, please unpack it promptly to verify the contents match your order and that all included items are in good working order.
If you receive an incorrect item or discover an initial defect, please email the Tivoli Audio Support Center within 7 days of receiving the product, detailing the incorrect delivery or defect.
■ Regarding Cancellations
Cancellations after order confirmation incur a handling fee (from ¥990 including tax, varies by order quantity and circumstances). Cancellations are not possible after shipment.
■ Customer-Initiated Returns or Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are accepted only for unused items, provided they meet the following conditions and contact is made within 7 days of purchase. For purchases made on the official website, please contact the Tivoli Audio Support Center via email.
・Returns may be declined if the original packaging materials (including the shipping carton), product box, and all accessories (power adapter, power cord, remote control, antenna, connection cables, insert cards, instruction manual, etc.) are not included. Please keep the product in its original condition until Tivoli Audio accepts the return.
・Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
・After return shipment, it may take several weeks to inspect the product's condition. Refund processing will occur once the product is confirmed to be problem-free.
・Used products cannot be returned or exchanged.
・Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted if the requirements for return or exchange are not met.
■ Regarding Outlet and Sale Items
Outlet and sale items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable for customer convenience. However, outlet and sale items also come with a one-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. If, after product inspection, a defect attributable to Tivoli Audio is confirmed, we will replace the item with a new one.
