If you notice a significant decrease in the playback time of your PAL BT (2nd Generation)*, we recommend replacing it with a new rechargeable battery.

You can easily replace the battery by removing the two screws securing the battery cover with the screwdriver. For details, please refer to the included “Battery Pack Installation Method”.
 
This rechargeable battery is exclusively for the PAL BT2 (Second Generation).
How to verify your PAL BT generation:
1. Confirm the battery cover is located on the back of the product.
Products without a battery cover are the Third Generation and are not designed for user battery replacement.
2. If the power input terminal area on the back of the product displays:
   “9VDC 2.0A”, it is the second generation and compatible with this product.
   “12VDC 500mA”, it is the first generation and incompatible with this product.
   First-generation rechargeable batteries are no longer manufactured or sold.
